1. Adopt a self -made pair of knife block
Make a simple blade with plastic and organic glass, which can easily achieve repeated positioning after blade grinding, but the positioning accuracy is poor, usually 0.2 ~ 0.5mm, but it is still a fast positioning method. It is very fast and convenient to adjust.
Second, click on the sword
Press the point key on the control panel of the CNC processing center, touch the surface of the processing part gently, remove the counter, then return the initial position of the settings, and then remove it to get the initial position of the knife. Determine the initial position of each knife, and adjust to the accurate design location after experiments.
Third, use CNC knives
After the first positioning, the tool installation of the CNC processing center needs to wear it after cutting for a period of time. When the ordinary knife is grinded and reinstalled, the tip of the knife changes and needs to be reinstalled.
