Firstly, during the startup operation of the CNC engraving and milling machine, it is necessary to ensure that the surface of the engraving and milling guide rail is clean and avoid machining chips, abrasive particles, and other attachments to the guide rail surface as much as possible. Otherwise, it will increase the friction of the guide rail and in severe cases, cause the guide rail to rust. Therefore, regular maintenance and upkeep of the guide rail is necessary.
Secondly, the guide rails of the machine tool need to be lubricated at all times to avoid friction caused by the lack or insufficient lubrication of the guide rails, resulting in an increase in the temperature of the guide rails.
Thirdly, if special processes such as graphite and ceramics need to be processed, due to the characteristics of graphite and ceramic materials, the processing dust is large and easy to enter the guide rail. Therefore, the machine tool needs to be fully enclosed and sealed. Therefore, this type of processing model requires special modification and treatment of the machine tool, and special vacuum cleaners need to be installed.
Fourth: After the machining is completed on the same day, all machine power needs to be turned off. If only the shutdown button is turned off and the system power is turned off, the transformer and driver are still working, and prolonged power on will accelerate the aging of electronic components. Once the machine tool is powered on, lightning strikes, etc., can easily cause damage to electronic components.
Fifth: Regularly check the oil cooler oil level and regularly clean the filter cotton.
Sixth: Regularly clean the fuel tank. To prevent cutting slag from settling at the bottom of the oil tank, which may prevent oil from being pumped out. Cutting slag may also enter the oil pump, damage the oil pump seal, and cause oil leakage. It is recommended to clean the oil tank once a week.
Seventh: Cover the tool setting device as much as possible during the processing to prevent cutting debris from entering the tool setting device and affecting the tool setting accuracy.
Eighth: The first military rule for operating engraving and milling machines is to prevent collisions! Once the machine collides, it will cause damage to the spindle bearings. Remember!
