Its key projects include CNC lathe parts and the main axis of the machine tool. It should conduct a reasonable inspection of it every week, especially for CNC lathe parts to eliminate iron sales and carry out external dirty cleanup.
3. monthly inspection
Mainly inspect the switching power supply and gas in the dryer. The power supply voltage is usually rated with a rated value of 180V-220V and the frequency is 50Hz. If there is abnormalities, it is necessary to accurately measure and adjust it. Gas should be demolished once a month, and then cleaned and installed.
4. quarterly inspection
The quarterly inspection shall be checked from the three fields of CNC beds, hydraulic transmission systems, and machine tool spindle intake system. For example, when conducting inspection of CNC machine tool beds, the key to see the precision of CNC lathes and the level of CNC lathes in accordance with the rules in the guide. If any problems, you should immediately contact the mechanical engineer. When inspecting the hydraulic transmission system and the main axis of the machine tool, if there are any problems, the new oil should be replaced with 6OL and 20L, and it should be cleaned up.
5. Most half a year
After half a year, the hydraulic transmission system, the main axis intake system of the machine tool, and its X -axis should be checked. If a problem occurs, new oil should be removed, and then the cleaning work should be completed.
Three checks:

If the gasoline pump is not oil pump, abnormal work pressure, noise, etc., you should understand what the key factors are and what are the corresponding solutions. (1) Gasoline pump without oil pump
For key causes, there may be low liquid levels in the oil tank, flipping gasoline pumps, low speed ratio, high oil viscosity, low temperature, blocking device blocking, excessive capacity of oil -absorbing pipelines There is a place where the rotor is damaged, etc., and there are relative solutions for key factors, such as filled with oil, determining the identifier plate, and changing back when the gasoline pump is flipped.
(2) Unusual work pressure
That is, the work pressure is too high or too low. The primary reason is also in all aspects, such as the uncomfortable adjustment of the work pressure, the pressure of the electromagnetic coil of the pressure control valve, the abnormal pressure gauge, and the leakage of the steam pressure system software. The corresponding solutions include disassembling cleaning and cleaning in accordance with the regulations, replacing all normal air pressure gauges, and checking according to various system software.
(3) Noise
The noise is mainly caused by gasoline pumps and valves. When the valve has noise, the root cause is that the total traffic exceeds the rated value specification, and the total flow should be adjusted reasonably; when the gasoline pump has noise, the reason and the corresponding solutions are also in all aspects, such as high viscosity of oil, low temperature temperature, low temperature The solution is the temperature increase; when there is a steam in the oil, the gas in the system software should be released.
