4. When driving, the spindle speed must not be changed, and the gear must be stopped.
5. Before the machine tool starts working, the spindle box must be adjusted to the desired position, and the box must not exceed the top surface of the column to prevent it from falling off. Before adjusting, the upper and lower short inserts at the rear end of the spindle box must be loosened. After the adjustment is in place, the upper and lower short inserts must be locked tightly. The middle long insert has been adjusted during assembly, and users should not loosen it at will.
6. When the machine tool is used for the first time or has not been used for a long time, it should be allowed to idle at low speed for a few minutes.
7. At the same time as driving, immediately start the spindle and rotate it for a period of time to provide sufficient lubrication inside the spindle box.
8. After each driving, it is necessary to pay attention to the oil pump in the main spindle box for oil output. If it does not output oil, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
9. The lubricating oil used for the spindle box and automatic lubrication pump can only be filled with L-AN32 mechanical oil, and other grades of engine oil cannot be added.
10. Add L-AN32 mechanical oil to the spindle sleeve twice a shift using an oil gun, and inject No. 2 lithium based grease into the lower small hole every two weeks
11. Change the oil for the first time after 15 days of use of the machine tool, then change the oil for the second time after 30 days, and then change the oil every 3 months thereafter; When changing the oil, the old oil should be drained first, then cleaned with pure kerosene and injected with clean new oil. It can also be replaced in a timely manner according to the actual degree of contamination of the lubricating oil.
12. Before plugging in or unplugging the plug or opening the product case, and before repairing or replacing components; The product power must be cut off.
13. When a short circuit or overload occurs, the fault should be checked and resolved before restarting.
14. Do not frequently turn on or off the machine tool. If it is necessary to power on again after a power outage, the interval should be at least one minute.
15. Please refer to the cutting parameters recommended by the manufacturer to set the machining parameters. Do not use this machine tool under overload. To avoid adverse effects on the accuracy and lifespan of the machine tool.
16. When the machine tool stops working, the power switch should be turned off.
