Aluminum profile machining centers have gradually developed into an independent category of machining centers. However, some users may not have a good understanding of profile machining centers. Let's talk about the common misconceptions of profile machining centers from the manufacturer of gantry CNC machining centers.

With the development of building doors and windows, curtain walls, building decoration, home customization, and the industries of vehicles, ships, aviation, and decoration, aluminum profile processing centers have gradually developed into an independent category of processing centers. However, some users may not have a good understanding of the profile processing center, and they may find common misconceptions in profile processing centers.

Common misconceptions in profile processing centers:

1. Fast forward and work forward: Both G00 and G01 can define the linear motion of the tool in the machining program, but their functions are greatly different, which is easy for beginners to confuse. The machining instructions not only need to ensure the accuracy of the machining end point, but also the accuracy of the machining path and feed speed. This is achieved through micro interpolation calculation and dynamic control. The purpose of fast forward instructions is to minimize the idle travel time as much as possible. In multi axis linkage, the motion trajectory is unpredictable. Therefore, fast forward commands cannot be used for machining feed.

2. High repeated positioning accuracy does not necessarily mean that the machining accuracy of the part is high. Positioning accuracy is the main indicator that determines the machining accuracy of the part, and repeated positioning accuracy reflects the ability of the machine tool to return to the same position multiple times.
