Although hardware processing is the processing of small parts and accessories, production management and on-site management must refer to the scientific management system, standards, and methods of various production factors on the production site, including people (workers and management personnel), machines (equipment, tools, station appliances, fixtures), materials (raw materials, auxiliary materials), methods (processing, testing methods), and environment (environment) Reasonable and effective planning, organization, coordination, control, and testing of information are carried out to ensure a good combination and achieve the goals of high-quality, efficient, low consumption, balanced, safe, and civilized production.
Therefore, in hardware processing, we divide the hardware processing and production processing stages into the following stages
(1) Ensure the processing quality of hardware accessories
When rough machining hardware accessories, the metal layer cut is thicker, resulting in greater cutting and tightening forces, as well as higher cutting temperatures, which can cause significant deformation. According to the machining stage, machining errors caused by rough machining can be corrected through semi precision machining and precision machining, thereby ensuring the machining quality of the parts.
(2) Facilitate timely detection of defects in hardware accessory processing blanks
After rough machining, various defects of the blank (such as casting porosity, sand retention, insufficient margin, etc.) are discovered, which facilitates timely repair or decision to scrap, in order to avoid unnecessary waste caused by further processing.
(3) Easy to arrange heat treatment process
After rough machining, stress relieving heat treatment is generally arranged to eliminate internal stress. Final heat treatment such as quenching should be arranged before precision machining. Deformation caused by heat treatment can be eliminated through precision machining.
