Due to the fact that the mold processing center belongs to large and medium-sized CNC machine tools, the machine tool factory needs to disassemble the machine tool into several parts when shipping, and after the machine tool is in place, it needs to be reconnected and installed. Therefore, after the machine tool is in place, it is necessary to repeatedly adjust the level of the main bed of the machine tool by adjusting the anchor bolts and their pads used for the fixed foundation of the machine tool, so that the parallelism of each axis on the entire stroke is within the allowable range. And to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the machine tool during strong cutting, it is also necessary to pay attention to keeping all the sizing blocks in a tight state. Considering that the cement foundation is not stable enough, it is generally required to use it for several months to six months before fine-tuning the machine tool level to ensure the accuracy and stability of the K-period operation of the machine tool.
The main parts that need to be adjusted in the mold processing center are the relative positions of the robotic arm, the spindle, and the tool magazine, as well as the relative positions of the pallet and the exchange workbench, to ensure the accuracy, stability, and reliability of tool change and exchange workbench. The adjustment methods and requirements are as follows.
(1) Adjust the relative position of the robotic arm with the spindle and tool magazine. Use the Gz8YoZo or C30Yozo program to automatically run the machine tool to the tool change position, and then use it for step-by-step tool exchange in dynamic mode to check whether the actions of grasping, loading, and pulling the tool are accurate and appropriate. If there is an error, the stroke of the robotic arm can be adjusted or the position of the robotic arm support or tool magazine can be moved. If necessary, the setting of the tool change base only point coordinate value (parameter setting) can also be changed. After adjustment, tighten each adjustment screw and then perform multiple tool changes. It is best to use several knife handles that are close to the maximum allowable weight and conduct repeated knife changing experiments to achieve accurate and accurate movements without hitting or dropping the knife.
(2) Adjust the exchange of the pallet spoon: I make the relative position of the countertop. For double or multiple workbenches, it is necessary to carefully adjust the relative position between the pallet of the worktable and the exchange worktable to ensure smooth and reliable automatic exchange of the worktable. When adjusting, the worktable should be equipped with more than 50% of the rated load for automatic exchange operation of the worktable.
