How to Safely Operate CNC Machine Tools for CNC Engraving and Milling Machine Manufacturers

release time:2023-11-14

(1) Wear protective equipment before operation.

(2) Machine tool workers must control the function of each button and precautions for operation, and must close the protective door of the machine tool before processing. The tools around the machine tool should be placed uniformly.

(3) When operating the machine tool, pay attention to the warning signs on various parts of the machine tool. When the machine tool is powered on, the operator must not open or touch the parts on the machine tool that are marked with lightning symbols and are installed with strong electricity to prevent electric injuries. When thunder strikes, turn off the machine tool. Otherwise, it is easy to cause burnt modules or loss of modified data, resulting in unnecessary losses.

(4) After the tool clamping is completed, the trial cutting should be stopped manually first.

(5) During the operation of the machine tool, do not remove chips and prevent touching the moving parts of the machine tool with your hands.

(6) When removing chips, professional tools should be used to prevent them from scratching hands and feet.

(7) When measuring the workpiece, it must be stopped in the machine tool stop state.

(8) After completing the work, it is necessary to clean the machine tool and control equipment, and promptly stop maintenance and take care of the machine tool. When maintaining electrical installations, it is necessary to first cut off the power supply.

(9) After all work is completed, make sure to cut off the system power and separate it from the front.

Daily maintenance of the CNC drilling machine system for a 15 meter single arm CNC drill

1. Strictly abide by operating procedures and daily maintenance systems;

2. Prevent dust from entering the CNC device: Floating dust and metal powder can easily cause a decrease in insulation resistance between components, leading to malfunctions and even damage to components.

3. Regularly clean the heat dissipation and ventilation system of the digital control cabinet;

4. Regularly monitor the power grid voltage of the CNC system: the power grid voltage range is between 85% and 110% of the rated value.

5. Regularly replace the storage battery;

6. Maintenance of the CNC system when not in use for a long time: Regularly power up the CNC system or run a warm program on the CNC drilling machine.

7. Maintenance of spare circuit boards.
