If it is always appearing, you can use the CNC machining center to measure whether the main circuit transistor module is short -circuited, and replace the crystal pipe module by itself. If there is no short circuit, the control board is exchanged with other axis. If the control board is transferred, the control board is repaired.
If it is a CNC processing center at a high speed alarm and normal low speed may be a problem with the control board or motor, this can also be judged by exchange the servo unit.
Observe whether it has been alarm or occasionally. If it is always alarm, it is a unit or a control board failure, otherwise it may be a motor.
CNC processing center high voltage alarm (HVAL red light lights)
Check whether the three -phase 185V input voltage is normal.
Check the 1, 2, 3 communication+-18V of CN2, and-18V are normal.
The CNC processing center controls the circuit board. If the fault is transferred with the control board, it is a circuit board failure.
Low -voltage alarm? (Lval red light lights)
The servo control board detects the main circuit or the control circuit voltage over the bottom, or the detection loop fails.
Check whether the CNC processing center's three -phase 185V input voltage is too low.
Check the 1, 2, 3 communication+-18V of CN2, and-18V are normal.
Check whether there are abnormal crystals, diode, capacitors, etc. of the main circuit.
The control circuit board of the exchange processing center is a circuit board failure if the failure is transferred with the control board.
