2. Cooling water tank maintenance: Regularly check the liquid level, add coolant (or water) in a timely manner, and replace it regularly.
3. Maintenance of the tool library: Adhere to cleanliness and place the tools neatly. Before operation, check whether the tool magazine operation is normal, whether there are any disordered or fallen tools, and whether the tool handle screws are loose or rough.
4. Electrical cabinet maintenance: Check if each cooling fan is operating properly, and promptly tidy up dust and debris on the fan and filter screen.
5. Air source maintenance: Check whether the pressure of the pneumatic control system is normal and whether there is any air leakage, and adhere to pipeline dredging;
6. Smooth oil maintenance: Check the oil level and operation of the spindle oil cooling oil tank, and add cooling oil in a timely manner; Check the oil level in the smooth oil tank of the guide rail. If the oil level is insufficient, add more smooth oil in a timely manner.
7. Oil pressure maintenance: Check if there is any abnormal noise from the hydraulic pump in the oil tank, check if the height of the operating oil level is normal, increase the oil pressure in a timely manner, check if there are leaks in the pipelines and various joints, and check if the pressure gauge pressure is normal.
8. Maintenance of peripheral areas: Clean the iron filings and debris around the equipment every day, and ensure that the surrounding areas are tidy and the workpieces are placed neatly.
9. If necessary, machine tool wear and tear assessment can be conducted to comprehensively understand the condition of the machine tool.
