The sliding seat of the CNC drilling machine moves throughout the entire length of the bed, with a single open side and a simple and convenient structure. It is convenient for the up and down devices of the workpiece and the cleaning after work, and is easy to maintain. It occupies a small area and is suitable for the processing and production of long workpieces. The bed is a cast structure that can be extended in multiple sections, and users can choose or customize it themselves.
Carefully check the programming, parameter settings, action sequencing, tool handling, workpiece clamping, switch maintenance, and other links for accuracy, to avoid causing trouble or damaging the tool and related components during cyclic processing. Strictly follow the operating procedures for trial cutting and tool setting, and after debugging, do a good job in program maintenance.
The loading operation of the spindle or turret tool magazine must be carried out in a state of mechanical motion suspension, and attention should be paid to cooperation with collaborating personnel to avoid any incidents. When manually or actively changing tools, it is important to pay attention to the orientation of the tool turret, tool magazine, robotic arm rolling, and tool positioning. The body and head should be away from the tool reversal area to avoid collisions. For the machining center machine tool, attention should also be paid to the corresponding relationship between the tool number of the tool magazine and the tool number, in order to avoid the disorder of the tool number in the tool magazine, resulting in tool replacement conflicts or machining collision incidents.
When clamping the workpiece, it should be firmly clamped to prevent it from flying out and forming a fault. After completing the clamping process, it is important to take out the chuck wrench and other adjustment tools to avoid the spindle from rotating and throwing out to form a fault. After the machine tool is powered on and started, perform a mechanical reset operation, and then test run for 5 minutes. Only after acknowledging the correctness of the machinery, tools, fixtures, workpieces, CNC parameters, etc., can normal operation begin.
Before operation, carefully check whether the power grid voltage, oil pump, smoothness, and oil quantity are normal, check whether there is no shortage of pressure, cooling, oil pipes, tools, and fixtures, and do regular maintenance work for the machine tool.
