Cold squeezing is a new technology in machinery and equipment manufacturing and processing process. This is to install the cold squeeze abrasive on the punching machine, using the simplicity of the stamping machine to move simply and repeatedly, and the metal is used to cause plastic deformation in the mold, and then obtains the necessary specifications, appearance and certain characteristics of mechanical parts. Cold squeezing is carried out under the indoor temperature standard, and there is no need to warm up the rough. Cold squeezing processing can be carried out in the cold extrusion pressure machine. It can also be carried out in general mechanical equipment stamping machines (high -speed punching), four -column hydraulic press, friction pressure machine, or speed hammer.
There are four ways of cold extrusion processing
Positive squeeze:
When positive squeezing, the liquidity direction of the metal is the same as the fitness movement of the mold seat. It can produce a variety of solid steel parts (selecting a real core blank), and it can also produce a variety of water pipes of the water pipes. And the shell parts (using a hollow rough or cup -shaped blank).
2. Anti -squeezing:
When anti -squeezing, the direction of the metal's liquidity is reversed with the fitness movement of the mold seat, which can be made into a hollow cup -shaped part.
