1、 The loading operation of the spindle or turret tool magazine should be carried out when the mechanical movement is stopped, and attention should be paid to cooperation with cooperating personnel to avoid accidents. When manually or automatically changing tools, attention should be paid to the installation position of the tool turret, tool magazine, robotic arm rotation, and tools. The body and head should be kept away from the rotating parts of the tools to avoid injury. For the machining center machine tool, attention should also be paid to checking the correspondence between the tool holder number and the tool number in the tool magazine to prevent tool change interference or machining collision accidents caused by chaotic tool numbers in the tool magazine.
2、 When clamping the workpiece, it should be firmly clamped to avoid accidents caused by the workpiece flying out. After completing the clamping, it is important to remove the chuck wrench and other adjustment tools to prevent accidents caused by the spindle rotating and throwing out. After the machine tool is powered on and started, perform a mechanical reset operation first, and then test run for 5 minutes to confirm that the mechanical, cutting tools, fixtures, workpieces, CNC parameters, etc. are correct before starting normal operation.
3、 Carefully inspect the programming, parameter settings, action sorting, tool interference, workpiece clamping, switch protection and other links to ensure accuracy, in order to avoid accidents and damage to tools and related components during cyclic processing. Strictly follow the operating procedures for trial cutting and knife alignment, and after debugging, do a good job of program protection.
4、 Before starting work, carefully check whether the voltage of the power grid, oil pump, lubrication, and oil quantity are normal. Check whether the pressure, cooling, oil pipes, tools, and fixtures are in good condition, and perform regular maintenance on the machine tool.
