1、 Precautions for operation of CNC machine tools
1. Please wear work clothes and shoes when working; Wear a work helmet and protective goggles;
2. Do not move or damage the warning sign installed on the CNC machine tool;
3. Do not place obstacles around the machine tool;
4. When a certain task requires more cooperation, attention should be paid to mutual coordination and consistency;
5. It is not allowed to use compressed air to clean the electrical cabinet and NC unit of the CNC lathe;
2、 Preparation before working on CNC machine tools
1. Before starting operation, the CNC machine tool should be preheated and the lubrication system should be carefully checked for normal operation. If the CNC machine tool is not started for a long time, manual oil supply and lubrication can be used to supply oil to each part first;
2. The props used should match the specifications allowed by the CNC lathe, and any severely damaged props should be replaced in a timely manner;
3. Adjust the props, and do not forget the props used in the CNC lathe;
4. Is the center hole of large-sized shaft parts suitable? If the center hole is too small, it is prone to danger during operation;
5. After the tool is installed, a trial cutting should be carried out;
6. Check the connection between the chuck and the spindle, and the status of the workpiece clamped by the chuck;
