8. Before using the lathe, it must be installed according to the requirements and achieve the installation level accuracy, otherwise the machining accuracy of the lathe cannot be guaranteed.
9. Before idling the lathe, it is necessary to check whether all mechanical operating handles are flexible and whether all compression and locking devices have been released. It is necessary to manually shake the moving parts in all directions to ensure they are easy and there are no abnormal phenomena, and to ensure that all electrical buttons work properly.
10. After starting the lathe, it is necessary to check whether the functions of each device are normal, the correctness and reliability of the set limit positions, and timely adjust and reinforce them.
11. During automatic operation, especially when moving quickly, pay attention to the handwheel handle to avoid injury.
12. After the processing is completed, the power should be turned off, the operating handles should be placed in the middle position, the horizontal workbench should be moved to the middle position, and heavy parts should be avoided from being pressed on the workbench for a long time.
