Before the arrival of the machining center, the customer needs to prepare in advance so that the machining center manufacturer can better debug the device. The preparatory work that the customer needs to do is as follows;
(1) The size of an air compressor should be determined based on the model of the machine tool. Firstly, determine how many beds need to be connected to determine the capacity of the air compressor;
(2) Power supply, the customer needs to connect the power cord properly. If they are unsure of the voltage to be used, they can consult the manufacturer;
(3) To prepare smooth oil, it is mainly used to smooth the guide rail. Generally, purchasing 68 # smooth oil is enough for a small bucket;
(4) Prepare cutting fluid and determine the type of cutting fluid based on the material of the workpiece being processed;
(5) Prepared cutting tools;
(6) Workpiece blank;
A large bed also needs to be built with a foundation, and the customer needs to complete it according to the scale on the foundation map. The foundation map is made based on the base of the customer's machine tool. There are two types of foundation drawings: round pad iron and inclined insert pad iron, and quick drying cement should also be prepared.
