1. During CNC machine tool processing, it is prohibited to touch the tool tip and iron filings with hands. Iron filings must be cleaned with an iron hook or brush;
2. It is prohibited to touch the rotating spindle, workpiece, or other moving parts with hands or any other means during the processing of CNC machine tools;
3. CNC machine tools are prohibited from measuring workpieces during processing, and cannot use cotton thread to wipe workpieces or clean CNC lathes;
4. During the operation of the CNC machine tool, the operator is not allowed to leave the position. If any abnormalities are found on the CNC machine tool, the emergency stop switch should be immediately pressed to verify the cause and report it in a timely manner.
5. Regularly check the bearing temperature, and if it is too high, relevant personnel should be contacted for inspection;
During the machining process, it is not allowed to open the protective door of the CNC lathe;
7. Strictly abide by the job responsibility system, and the CNC lathe should be used by a dedicated person, and others must obtain the operator's consent to use it;
8. When the workpiece extends beyond the spindle box of the CNC lathe, protective devices must be installed at the extended position;
9. Prohibit attempting operations;
When manually returning to the origin, pay attention to the distance between the positions of each axis of the CNC lathe and the origin -100mm or more. The order of returning to the origin of the CNC lathe is: first+X-axis, then+Z-axis;
