Step 1: You must be an experienced craftsman. Without the support and trust of employees, you cannot become a good craftsman. Through such a long period of learning and accumulation, you should achieve the following technical levels and requirements:
1. Familiar with the structure and process characteristics of drilling, milling, boring, and planing machines,
2. Familiar with the performance of CNC processing materials.
3. Have a solid foundation in tool theory and a certain grasp of the conventional cutting parameters of the tool.
4. Familiar with the process specifications of the enterprise, the process routes of conventional parts, and the general requirements that various process processing can meet. Reasonable material consumption, working hours quota, etc.
5. Collect a certain amount of standard data on cutting tools, machine tools, and machinery. I am particularly familiar with the tool system used in CNC machine tools.
6. Familiar with the selection and maintenance of coolant.
7. Have a general understanding of the relevant types of work. For example: casting, electrical machining, heat treatment, etc.
8. The fixture foundation is good.
9. Understand the assembly and usage requirements of machined parts.
10. The foundation of measurement technology is good.
Step 2: Proficient in CNC programming and the application of computer software. The standard for a good program is:
1. Easy to understand, organized, and everyone can understand the operator.
2. The fewer instructions in the program segment, the better, and the fewer instructions in the destination, the better. From a programming perspective, I believe that the instructions are G00 and G01, while other instructions are auxiliary instructions that can only be set when programming is convenient.
3. Easy to adjust. When the CNC machining accuracy of the part needs to be fine tuned, there is no need to change the program. For example, if the tool is worn, simply change the length in the tool offset table.
4. Easy to operate. Programming should be based on the operating characteristics of the machine tool, which is beneficial for observation, inspection, measurement, safety, etc. For example, in vertical processing, horizontal processing, and horizontal processing, the same component and processing content must have different programs.
Step 3: Proficient in operating CNC machine tools. This requires 1-2 years of learning, with a focus on tactile operation and beginners. Especially college students, they know what to do, but they just don't listen. In this process, we should learn about the operating modes of the system. Install the fixture. Calibration of reference parts. Set the knife. Set the zero deviation. Set tool length compensation. Radius compensation, installation and unloading of tools and tool holders, sharpening of tools, and measurement of parts (proficient in using vernier calipers, 1000 minute calipers, 1000 minute calipers, 1000 minute calipers, 1000 minute calipers, inner diameter lever gauges), etc. What reflects the level of operation is horizontal processing. Operational practice requires understanding! Sometimes there really is a leisurely heart, a beautiful place where it's difficult to talk to you! In the CNC workshop, you can calm down and practice well! Generally speaking, the process from machining parts to machining accuracy requires CNC programming workers to personally complete it. You cannot operate the machine tool proficiently. You cannot pass this level.
Step 4: It is necessary to have a good foundation in tool fixtures and measurement technology. The difficulty of analyzing the causes of fixtures is only qualitative and difficult to quantify. For example, the design of fixtures. If the part fixture has no experience, it will be a great difficulty. In this research, it is recommended to develop a precision coordinate drilling machine and consult with technical personnel. One of the basic skills in machine processing is to proficiently use vernier calipers. 1000 scorecards. Percentage table. Inner diameter lever gauge. Calipers, etc. Sometimes when machining parts, a coordinate measuring instrument cannot be relied on.
