Selection of cleaning agents/powders:
Copper: Using an acid-base degreasing cleaning agent, it can remove surface air oxidation layer and remove surface oil stains and finger prints.
Aluminum/stainless steel plate: Alkaline degreaser/agent, which can quickly and effectively remove surface oil stains.
No matter what type of cleaning agent it is, it contains super strong stain removal factors and surface active agents. Therefore, precision metal mold processing has certain regulations on the application temperature. Generally, the application temperature of cleaning agents is between 35-45 degrees. This is mainly because many surface active agents have cloud points within this temperature range.
Cleaning method:
Level self spraying type: cleaning, very good effect, faster speed.
Vertical bubble immersion type: The speed is relatively slow and the production volume is low. If the hardware accessory processing company has ultrasound, the actual cleaning effect is better.
Cleanliness detection: Water breakthrough time exceeds 15 seconds.
Test standard: Hold the cleaned board with both hands (wearing rubber gloves) on both sides, put the material into clean water, and then take it out at a 45 degree angle by the hardware stamping and processing factory. The surface shrinkage water must be kept unbreakable for more than 15 seconds. If the shrinkage water immediately scratches away from the side or in the middle, it indicates insufficient cleaning, possibly due to the low concentration of the cleaning agent or reaching saturation state.
