1. The tools are generally hard alloy materials, fast speed, high -speed thread accuracy, and high processing efficiency;
2. The same thread distance, whether it is a left -handed thread or a right rotary thread, can use a knife set to reduce the cost of the tool;
3. Thread milling method is particularly suitable for thread processing of stainless steel and copper, which is difficult to process materials. It is easy to discharge and cool down, and ensure the quality and safety of processing.
4. Without the front -end guidance of the tool, it is more convenient to process the blind hole with a shorter thread bottom or the hole without a knife groove.
