CNC mechanical equipment processing refers to the entire process of processing parts on a CNC lathe. CNC lathe is a type of CNC lathe that utilizes computers to operate. It is an electronic computer used to operate CNC lathes, whether it is a specialized electronic computer or a general-purpose electronic computer. It is called a CNC machine tool. Before machining CNC parts, it is essential to have a clear understanding of the production process content, the parts, appearance, drawings, and dimensions of the product workpiece to be machined, and to understand the processing content of the underlying process flow.
Before clamping the processing raw materials, it is necessary to accurately measure the dimensions of the raw materials to ensure they meet the requirements of the drawings. For external hardware processing, it is necessary to carefully check whether their placement is consistent with the commands written in the program.
After rough machining, a self inspection should be carried out immediately to facilitate the adjustment of deviated data information in hardware processing.
The key to self inspection is the size of the processed parts.
(1) Is there any looseness during the entire process of machining mechanical equipment parts;
(2) Is the part processing technology the appropriate starting point for collision counting;
(3) Is the size from the CNC part processing area to the standard edge (standard) in accordance with the drawing regulations;
(4) The size of the parts between CNC machining parts. After checking the dimensions of the parts, precise measurements should be made on the rough machined scale (outside of the arc).
The parts undergo rough machining and are then subjected to precision machining. Before precision machining, self check the appearance and dimensions of the drawing parts: inspect the basic width dimensions of the machining parts on the vertical surface; Accurately measure the dimensions of the reference points indicated on the drawing for the processed parts of the slope. Conduct a self inspection of the parts to ensure consistency with the drawings and processing process regulations before disassembling the product workpiece and sending it to the inspector for final inspection. When processing high-precision CNC parts in small batch production, the first sample needs to be determined to meet the standards before mass processing.
CNC mechanical equipment processing is an important way to handle the diverse types of parts, small batches, complex hardware processing shops, high precision problems, and complete efficient and automated technology processing.
