CNC processing also requires heat insulation: keeping the heat from staying away from the spindle, such as isolation motors and transmission, and using separate transmission. CNC processing also requires heat dissipation: strengthen lubrication and cooling, and use oil -cooled and cold methods to speed up heat dissipation. Reduce the effect of heat deformation: No matter what method is adopted, it can only reduce thermal deformation, and it is difficult to completely eliminate thermal deformation.
