Check if the boring machine is free of oil, and if the hydraulic oil is insufficient, top it up in a timely manner. If the pressure is normal, check if the solenoid valve is working properly, and if it cannot be adjusted in a timely manner. Ensure that the hydraulic oil can pass smoothly and check the clamping block of the clamping component that performs the clamping action.
If the diamond in the locking device is too low, it cannot stand up, and if it is too high, it cannot reach the locking force. When adjusting, place your fingers on the pressure plate and press to lock and release. When locked, the pressure plate rises, and when relaxed, the pressure plate rises.
Adjustment method: First loosen all screws on the pressure plate, then press the lock button, and then twist the screws on the pressure plate to bring a little force. Then gradually loosen and lock the screws of the adjusting pressure plate until they are properly adjusted. The locking cylinder piston is broken and needs to be replaced.
