Using CNC processing equipment for processing has high efficiency and good quality, but if the process design is not handled properly, it will directly affect production and even quality issues. Today, the editor will share with you the technical issues that exist:




1. CNC machining processes are too scattered




The reason for this problem lies in the fear of complexity (referring to preparation time), simple programming, simplified operation and processing, easy adjustment of tool alignment when using a single tool for processing, and being accustomed to ordinary processing. This makes it difficult to ensure product quality (positional tolerance) and production efficiency cannot be fully utilized. Therefore, CNC machining process personnel and operators should be fully familiar with CNC machining knowledge, try more to master relevant knowledge, and try to use process concentration methods as much as possible. Using it multiple times will naturally reflect its advantages. After adopting process concentration, the unit processing time increased. We arranged two equipment face-to-face, achieving one person operating two equipment, greatly improving efficiency and ensuring quality.




2. Unreasonable CNC machining sequence




Some CNC machining operators often arrange the machining sequence extremely unreasonable due to preparation issues. CNC machining is usually carried out according to the requirements of general mechanical processing technology, such as coarse to fine (tool change), inner to outer, reasonable selection of cutting parameters, etc., in order to improve quality and efficiency.




Careful use of G00 (G26, G27, G29) to quickly locate the instruction G00 brings great convenience to programming and usage. However, if set and used improperly, it often leads to adverse consequences such as overshoot when returning to zero, decreased accuracy, and equipment rail surface strain due to excessive speed setting. Failure to pay attention to the return to zero route can lead to safety accidents involving collision with workpieces and equipment. Therefore, when considering using the G00 instruction, it is important to consider it comprehensively and not arbitrarily.




In CNC machining, particular attention should be paid to strengthening program retrieval and trial operation. After inputting the program into the control system, the operator should use the SCH key and the ↑, ↓, ←, → move keys for uncertainty and certainty retrieval, and modify the program if necessary to ensure its accuracy. At the same time, before the formal execution of program processing, it is necessary to undergo a program trial run (opening the power amplifier) to confirm whether the processing route is consistent with the design route.
