The process procedures for CNC machine tool processing and traditional machine tool processing are generally consistent, but due to the fact that CNC is a one-time clamping process that continuously and automatically processes all turning processes, some precautions need to be taken after completing CNC machine tool processing.
1. Remove chips, wipe the machine tool, and maintain a clean state with the environment when using the machine tool.
5. When starting the machine tool, the principles of first returning to zero (except for special requirements), manual, jog, and automatic should be followed. e operation of the machine tool should follow the principle of first low speed, medium speed, and then high speed, with the low and medium speed running time not less than 2-3 minutes. Only after confirming that there are no abnormal situations can work begin.
6. Itis strictly prohibited to strike, correct, and correct workpieces on the chuck or between the tips. It is necessary to confirm the clamping of the workpieces and cutting tools before proceeding with the next step of work.
7. The operator must stop the machine when changing tools, workpieces, adjusting workpieces, or leaving the machine tool during work.
8. The safety and protective devices on the machine tool must not be dismantled or moved arbitrarily by the operator.
9 Before the machine tool starts processing, it is necessary to use a program verification method to check whether the program used is similar to the processed part. After confirming that there are no errors, the safety protection cover can be properly installed and the machine tool can be started for part processing.
10. Machine tool accessories, measuring tools, and cutting tools should be properly stored, kept intact and in good condition, and compensation should be sought for loss or damage.
11. After the practical training, the machine tool should be cleaned and kept clean. The tailstock and carriage should be moved to the position at the end of the bed, and the power supply of the machine tool should be cut off.
12. When the machine tool malfunctions or abnormal phenomena occur during operation, it should be immediately stopped to protect the site, and at the same time, it should be immediately reported to the on-site responsible person.
13. Operators are strictly prohibited from modifying machine tool parameters. If necessary, the device administrator must be notified for modification.
14. Understand the technical requirements of the part drawing, check the size and shape of the blank for defects. Choose a reasonable method of installing parts.
15. Correctly select CNC turning tools, and ensure accurate and firm installation of parts and tools.
16. Understand and master the control and operation panel of CNC machine tools and their operating essentials, accurately input the program into the system, simulate inspection and room cutting, and prepare for various preparations before processing.
