2. Maintain the correct posture at work, and have sufficient spiritual cope. If you find that your body is discomfort, you must leave the job immediately and report to the leader. When operating, we must concentrate. Chatting and cooperating with each other must not be operated in a state of irritability and tiredness to avoid accidents and ensure that operation is safe. Before entering the job, all employees check whether their clothing meets the work requirements. Do not wear slippers, high heels, and clothing that affect safety.
3. When replacing the mold, first turn off the power supply. After the punching department stops running, it can start installation and debug the mold. After the installation is adjusted, move the flywheel twice with your hands. Check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are strong, and whether the bordering circle is in a reasonable position.
4. You must wait for the other personnel to leave the mechanical work area and take the debris on the workbench before starting the power supply to start the mechanical.
5. During the mechanical work, it is forbidden to put your hands into the slider work area. Tools that meet standards must be used in the molding and putting workpieces. If the machine is found to have an abnormal sound or a machine failure, the power switch should be turned off immediately for inspection. After the mechanical is started, one person is transported and mechanically operated. Others shall not press the power construction or step on the foot of the foot, let alone put the hand in the mechanical work area or touch the mechanical part with the hand.
