The effect carved by a carving machine may not necessarily meet the customer's requirements 100%, especially if the carved effect is not smooth enough, it is necessary to identify the reason and handle it in a timely manner. But in our actual work, if this situation occurs, it is mainly due to these two reasons:
1、 There may also be gaps between the y-axis or x-axis of the engraving machine, which can cause shaking during the engraving process and cause deviations in the engraving path, resulting in uneven lettering;
Solution: Change the speed of the straight line or curve, and determine the value based on the parameters of the engraving machine itself.
2、 The difference between the linear speed and the curve speed of the engraving machine is too large, resulting in excessive vibration during curve walking, causing deviation in the engraving path and resulting in uneven engraving.
Solution: If the engraving machine has a circular track, it is necessary to find a way to replace the guide rail or slider, and the action will be relatively large, depending on the reason. If it is a square rail, it is much simpler, just adjust the up and down or front and rear sliders;
