The effect of using the carved machine is not necessarily 100 % of the customer's requirements, especially if the carved effect is not smooth enough, it is necessary to find out the reason and deal with it in time. But when we work in actual work, if this happens, it is mainly the reason for these two aspects:
First, the gap between the car carved machine Y or X axis may also have two axes at the same time, resulting in shaking during the carving process to make the carved path bias and the word is not smooth;
Solution: Change the straight line or curve speed, and change the value to determine the parameters of the sculptor itself.
Second, the difference between the straight line speed and curve speed of the carving machine causes the carved machine to vibrate when the sculpture is turning the curve.
Solution: If the sculptor is a rail, you must find a way to change the guide or slider. The movement will be relatively large, and it depends on the cause. If you are a square rail, you can just adjust the slider upper or back and forth;
