XYZ axis and spindle box failure

Reason:




The Y-Z axis protective cover is deformed and damaged.




The Y-Z axis transmission bearing is damaged.




The service parameters do not match the mechanical characteristics.




The connection between the servo motor and the screw head is deformed and has different axis centers.




The upper and lower guide rails of the heavy hammer inside the pillar are loose and out of position.




The heavy hammer chain and guide wheel of the pillar are worn and vibrated.




The shaft pulley is not parallel to the motor end pulley.




The spindle belt is damaged or deformed.




Solution:




➀ Protective cover sheet metal return.




Detect the main and negative positioning bearings of the shaft, determine which end of the bearing is damaged, and replace it.




Adjust the servo parameters to match the machinery. (Servo gain, resonance suppression, load inertia).




Recalibrate the position of the connector or replace the connection.




Correct the guide rail and lubricate it with grease.




Inspect the wear of the chain and guide wheel, correct the balance of the weight, and lubricate with grease.




Correct the parallelism between the two pulleys and use a dynamic balance instrument for calibration.




Inspect the belt for deformation and severe damage, replace it, clean the belt, and adjust the belt tightness.
